“FCM Tow PIG”
Traveling all over the country, towing cars, carrying merch, our event booth, and so much more means we had to have a capable truck! Enter our 2018 F150 Lariat! The truck is equipped with a 5.0L coyote & 10R80 transmission, as well as the FX4 off road package. Starting out as a bone stock truck, we knew that simply was not going to cut it! So let the mods begin!
Stage I of the build consisted of window tint, S&B cold air intake, J&L oil separator, and WWP cat back exhaust.
Stage II of the build was blacking the truck out completely. Starting in the front, I installed Vland headlights, smoked LED fog lights, and blacked out the Ford emblem. Next I painted the badges on the side of the truck, and installed smoked mirror lights. In the rear I did a smoked 3rd brake light, Recon LED tail lights, blacked out the Ford emblem, smoked LED tag lights, and removed the FX4 stickers from the bed. I also added a flush bed cover to keep the merch dry.
Stage III was where it all came together. Starting with a 6” suspension lift, to get the height where I wanted it. Next up were a set of 22x10 -25 Arkon Off Road Davinci wheels, finished in gloss black. Tires are a set of 35x12.50 22” Yokohama Geolander M/T G003 tires, from Discount Tire.
Other mods and upgrades are definitely on the horizon, the truck will get a tune, AMP side steps, and possibly a coil-over upgrade. Who knows what else is on the horizon, boost? ;)
